About the Role:

- We are looking for a highly skilled and visionary Head of Training and Development to lead end-to-end learning initiatives for a prestigious retail jewellery brand with a strong presence across India.

- This role is pivotal in ensuring that all company-owned outlets operate with consistent excellence through structured training programs, continuous skill enhancement, and performance-driven coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

- You will oversee the complete training function, including developing and delivering engaging content, managing training delivery for new store inductions, conducting refresher programs, and executing audit-based coaching interventions. Your role will involve creating impactful training materials aligned with business objectives, integrating innovative learning methodologies, and ensuring effective usage of training software and digital platforms.

- You will assess training needs through performance analysis and store audits, develop individual growth plans, and provide on-floor guidance to ensure immediate skill application. Managing the training department's P&L will be a key responsibility, along with aligning programs to industry best practices and organizational goals.

- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, HR, and operations to ensure that every training initiative enhances productivity, improves customer experience, and contributes to long-term employee growth and retention.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience in designing and executing impactful training programs within the retail, apparel, or luxury goods sector. Strong expertise in content creation, learning methodologies, and performance coaching.

- Hands-on experience with training management systems and internal audit processes. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse teams across multiple locations.
