Head of Technical Services for admixtures

Head of Technical Services for admixtures is a senior technical role responsible for product development, technical support, and site-based trials of construction chemicals, particularly concrete admixtures. The role demands strong technical expertise in concrete and admixtures, combined with commercial acumen and client-facing skills for business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop new admixture formulations, conduct R&D, find alternative raw materials, and benchmark against competitors to enhance products.

- Work closely with R&D, production, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and market introduction.

- Provide technical assistance to the sales team and customers, troubleshooting and resolving complaints related to admixture performance on-site.

- Update market trends, changes in the competitive landscape, and industry regulations to identify opportunities and drive product enhancements.

- Plan and conduct site-specific trials and product demonstrations for clients to verify product performance and suitability for their projects.

- Ensure adherence to Indian Standard specifications and maintain updated Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

- Analyze and engineer costs for existing admixture products and explore cost-effective alternatives.

Candidate Requirement :

- MSC chemical / BE Civil either one , is a must

- Candidates from Admixture industry with a strong experience in R&D only preferred
