We are looking for a dynamic Head of Talent Strategy & Acquisition to lead recruitment initiatives, optimize hiring processes, and manage a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in bulk hiring, niche hiring, campus recruitment, lateral hiring, and IT hiring, along with a strong focus on talent strategy and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hiring Strategy & Workforce Planning

- Design and implement hiring strategies aligned with business goals.

- Collaborate with leadership for workforce planning and forecasting hiring needs.

- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various roles.

- End-to-End Recruitment

- Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Drive hiring across IT, bulk, niche, lateral, and campus recruitment.

- Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process with minimal turnaround time.

- Stakeholder & Vendor Management

- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to align hiring strategies.

- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and external partners.

- Employer Branding & Campus Hiring

- Enhance employer branding to attract high-quality talent.

- Build and maintain strong university relations for campus recruitment.

- Data-Driven Decision Making

- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire, etc.).

- Implement automation tools and optimize hiring processes.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 8-15 years in talent acquisition with a strong track record in large-scale hiring, strategic hiring, and recruitment operations.

- Hiring Expertise: Proven experience in IT hiring, bulk hiring, niche hiring, campus recruitment, and lateral hiring.

- Leadership: Strong team management and mentoring skills.

- Process Optimization: Expertise in ATS, hiring trends, and recruitment tools.
