- Our client's reach span across several countries across the global.

- Responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment strategy for a company focused on staffing within the United States, including developing and executing comprehensive plans to attract, assess, and hire top talent across various roles while ensuring compliance with US employment laws, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and managing a team of recruiters dedicated to the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan aligned with the company's business objectives and US market trends.

- Analyze market data to identify talent gaps and develop sourcing strategies to fill them.

- Design and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an attractive employer in the US.

Recruitment Management:

- Lead and manage a team of US-based recruiters, providing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities.

- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, extending offers, and managing negotiations.

- Utilize various recruitment channels like job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify qualified candidates.

Candidate Experience:

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and updates.

- Implement streamlined recruitment processes to optimize candidate engagement and reduce time-to-hire.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Monitor key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, source of hire, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and present insightful reports to leadership on recruitment performance and trends.

Compliance and Legal:

- Ensure adherence to all US federal and state employment laws, including diversity and inclusion guidelines, during the recruitment process.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers across different departments to understand their staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote a collaborative hiring culture.

Qualification And Experience:

- Should have 15-20 Years of Proven experience in leading talent acquisition functions within the US staffing or BPO industry.

- Deep understanding of the US employment landscape, including relevant laws and regulations.

- Expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address recruitment challenges.

- Leadership experience in managing and developing a high-performing recruitment team.

- Strong business acumen and insight into the company's goals and objectives.

- Ability to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders within the organisation.

- Ability to analyse and interpret data and metrics to measure the success of recruitment efforts.

- Strong project management and organisational skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, timeline-driven environment.
