Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our hiring efforts across all business functions. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in volume hiring for critical tech/product hiring, and CXO/leadership closures. The ideal candidate will bring deep recruitment expertise, operational excellence, and the ability to influence and align with key stakeholders across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Strategy & Leadership:
- Create a scalable recruitment roadmap covering volume, niche, and leadership hiring.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers across departments.
2. Business Hiring:
- Build a strong pipeline for frontline, mid-level, and regional sales roles.
3. Tech, Product & Functional Hiring:
- Utilize market insights, competitive mapping, and targeted sourcing strategies.
4. Leadership & Critical Role Hiring:
- Build relationships with executive search partners and internal referral networks.
5. Team & Process Management:
- Drive data-driven hiring processes and leverage tools like ATS, dashboards, and analytics.
- Implement best-in-class sourcing, selection, and employer branding practices.
6. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Drive best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnel.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in high-volume sales hiring, tech/product hiring, and senior leadership closures.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at CXO levels.
- Experience leading and scaling high-performance TA teams.
- Exposure to fast-paced, high-growth startups or mid-to-large enterprises.
- Expertise in recruitment tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, analytics dashboards).
- Strategic thinker with execution excellence and a problem-solving mindset.
