Talent Acquisition Head

Responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's talent acquisition strategy. This role involves overseeing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new employees, with a focus on attracting top talent to support the company's growth and success within the competitive consumer durables market. Also play a key role in building the company's employer brand and fostering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth plans within the consumer durables sector.

- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the consumer durables industry, attracting top talent.

- Design and implement recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes, using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.

- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a strong employer brand and positive candidate perception.

- Collaborate with hiring managers across different departments within the consumer durables sector to understand their talent needs and ensure effective recruitment efforts.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.

- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.

- Manage the talent acquisition budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation for recruitment activities.

- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the consumer durables sector, to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA with 15-20 Years of Extensive experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in leading recruitment teams and developing effective recruitment strategies.

2. Strong understanding of the consumer durables industry or similar Industry and its talent landscape.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

4. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.

5. Strong leadership and team management skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
