Head - Talent Acquisition (EPC)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Workforce Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with employer's business objectives.
- Collaborate with Business Heads and HRBPs to forecast hiring needs and ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Drive succession planning and workforce analytics to address future talent requirements.
2. Leadership Hiring:
- Recruitment for Leadership Role across infrastructure, EPC, IT, and engineering divisions.
- Lead executive search efforts for C-level and senior leadership roles.
3. Employer Branding & Market Positioning:
- Enhance employer brand through social media, career fairs, and industry events.
- Collaborate with corporate communications to improve digital hiring campaigns.
- Drive Diversity & Inclusion hiring initiatives to attract diverse talent.
4. Recruitment Process Optimization & Digital Transformation:
- Implement AI-driven recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and HR analytics for better hiring decisions.
- Reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire through process automation and best practices.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience through structured recruitment workflows.
5. Stakeholder Management:
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including business heads, project managers, and Project HR partners, to align hiring strategies with business needs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely talent acquisition.
6. Compliance & HR Best Practices:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory hiring requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain data confidentiality and ensure fair hiring practices across all levels.
- Monitor and report hiring metrics to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
