
About the Role
You'll own end-to-end hiring for 900+ clinic roles - doctors, managers, assistant manager in every clinic across 100+ cities of India- (5-7 people in each city) and also all HQ functions - marketing, finance, SCM, tech, creative, product, data and more. Lead an internal TA team and partner with agencies.
Your Mission
Own the end-to-end Hypergrowth Hiring Flywheel: Design & execute a scalable TA playbook to fill 800+ clinic roles and 100+ HQ positions in 24 - 36 months.
What You'll Own
- Build & Lead: Recruit, train and coach a 10+ internal TA squad; define clear KPIs, workflows and SLAs.
- Agency Partnerships: Identify, onboard and manage specialized recruitment partners for time- sensitive managerial hiring and also head hunt multi-functional leadership roles.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to founders, area/region heads and department HODs to align hiring priorities with business milestones.
- Process Ownership: Continuously optimize pipelines, ATS usage, sourcing channels, assessment frameworks and reporting dashboards.
- Data- Driven: Track time- to- fill, quality- of- hire, source ROI and churn; translate insights into action.
- Backfill & Succession: Maintain talent pools and swift attritions backfill mechanisms across all levels.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record: 10+ years in talent acquisition, with 5+ years leading teams, ideally scaling chain of clinics (eg. Lenskart, Clove Dental, Apollo Pharmacy, PathLabs, IVF chains).
- Results- Obsessed & Hands- On: You dive in-sourcing, screening, negotiating-while keeping your eyes on strategic targets.
- Builder Mindset: You've set up TA processes from scratch in high- growth environments and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo.
- Metrics- Driven: You speak in numbers - SLAs, funnel conversion, cost- per- hire - and you use data to course- correct.
- Stakeholder Ninja: You earn trust quickly, managing founders, region heads and HODs with clarity and candor.
