
Strategic and results-driven Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our global recruiting efforts. This key leadership role is responsible for designing and executing robust strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across India and our global markets. You will be a vital business partner, collaborating with senior leaders to forecast needs and implement innovative talent solutions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that boost our organization's reputation and visibility in key recruiting markets globally.
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast talent needs, identify trends, and develop strategic staffing plans.
Operational Management:
- Oversee all day-to-day talent acquisition operations and directly manage recruiting teams.
- Ensure all end-to-end recruiting services are executed efficiently, and continuously improve our processes, sources, and key performance indicators for critical roles.
Process and Technology:
- Continuously enhance the talent acquisition process by implementing new sourcing methods, evaluating existing ones, and solidifying our recruiting approach.
- You will also be responsible for assessing and implementing an ATS and other relevant HR systems.
Stakeholder Partnership:
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders to gain a deep understanding of their team requirements.
- Cultivate a recruiting culture that increases candidate flow and encourages hiring manager involvement.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of senior-level management.
- Experience with large-scale bulk hiring, particularly within the BPO, global banking, and insurance industries, is essential.
Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and execute innovative sourcing strategies.
