- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our recruitment function across the organization.
- This is a high-impact role responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy for a fast-paced, high-growth BFSI environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in strategic hiring, mass/volume hiring, and proven experience in setting up and managing RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) models.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Develop and execute a scalable, future-ready talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's growth goals.
Mass/Volume Hiring:
Build and lead high-volume hiring initiatives across sales, operations, and frontline roles, ensuring time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics are met.
Strategic Hiring:
Partner with leadership teams to identify and hire mid-to-senior level talent in critical roles, focusing on long-term workforce planning.
RPO Management:
Design, implement, and manage Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagements to enhance recruitment scalability, agility, and cost-effectiveness.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals; build capabilities in sourcing, employer branding, campus hiring, and talent pipelining.
Employer Branding:
Drive initiatives to strengthen the organization's employer brand to attract top-tier talent in the BFSI sector.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and other internal stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
