Job Title: Head Talent Acquisition (Non-IT, Vendor-Driven)
Location: Mumbai
Compensation: 20-40 LPA
Industry Focus: Manufacturing (500+ Cr turnover), FMCG, Auto, Engineering, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Pharma, Agri, Food Processing
Exclusions: No applicants from IT, ITES, or sub-100 Cr manufacturing setups
Role Objective
To lead and optimize the Talent Acquisition function with a strong focus on vendor management, ensuring timely, quality, and cost-effective hiring across business-critical functions in non-IT sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Hiring & Vendor Oversight
- Identify, onboard, and manage recruitment partners and agencies across geographies.
- Negotiate commercials, define SLAs, and monitor vendor performance and ROI.
Process Excellence
- Drive compliance, documentation, and audit-readiness across all hiring activities.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Ensure transparent communication and expectation-setting with internal and external stakeholders.
Metrics & Governance
- Conduct quarterly vendor reviews and enforce performance improvement plans where needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- 12-20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in vendor-led hiring environments.
- Proven success in managing multiple recruitment partners across mid-senior and leadership mandates.
- Experience in structured, process-driven organizations with 500+ Cr turnover.
Preferred Attributes
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with VMS platforms and ATS tools.
- Ability to drive vendor accountability and build long-term partnerships.
