About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment function and drive the end-to-end hiring strategy. This role requires a strong leader who can build, scale, and optimize talent acquisition processes while ensuring we attract and retain the best talent across diverse functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of recruiters and talent partners.
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver on hiring objectives.
- Drive initiatives to improve employer branding, candidate experience, and diversity hiring.
- Establish data-driven recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.) and continuously improve efficiency.
- Oversee leadership hiring, niche hiring, and volume hiring strategies.
- Partner with HR and leadership teams on workforce planning and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring best practices.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and talent networks.
- Leverage technology, ATS, and innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10-15+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in scaling recruitment functions in fast-paced organizations.
- Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, employer branding, and recruitment technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Experience in tech/product-based organizations or high-growth startups.
- Familiarity with AI/automation tools in recruitment.
- Strong network within industry talent communities.
