Head of Sustainability, Institutional Relationships /Fundraising

- Developing and implementing strategies to secure funding from corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, building and managing relationships with corporate partners, creating compelling proposals, and ensuring compliance and reporting. Aligning fundraising with organizational goals, identifying new opportunities, representing the organization at events, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful CSR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement comprehensive CSR fundraising strategies and initiatives to meet organizational goals and targets.

- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with potential and existing corporate donors, foundations, and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

- Create compelling proposals, presentations, and grant applications to secure funding for CSR projects.

- Nurture long-term relationships with corporate partners, ensuring regular communication, compliance, and timely impact reports.

- Organize and lead donor visits, events, and engagement activities to enhance the visibility of the organization's CSR work.

- Represent the organization at CSR forums, industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

- Work closely with internal program, finance, and communications teams to design and deliver impactful CSR projects.

- Track and analyze fundraising performance using key metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Experience of Minimum 8 Plus Years and Proven success in securing CSR/ institutional/ individual funding.

2. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

3. Relationship building and managing.

4. Familiarity with CSR laws and donor reporting norms.

5. Ability to manage multiple resource generating streams under tight timelines.

6. Deep interest in cultural, literary, or nonprofit sectors.

7. Passion for languages, art and culture.

8. Network in CSR/philanthropy circles.

9. Experience in heritage, language, or arts-based fundraising.
