Head - Supply Chain Management - Weighing & Feeding Firm

Our client is a 140 year old German MNC into Weighing & Feeding systems and other industrial products.

Job Requirement:

- Acquire potential suppliers in relevant global markets

- Maintain and develop relationships with existing suppliers

- Experience in handling entire project procurement which includes, Fabrication, Castings, Forgings, Bought-outs, CAPEX, OPEX, Electrical & Mechanical products

- Preparing of RFQs, analyze price proposals and others to determine suitable supplier

- Working out and realization of saving potentials

- Experience in handling Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) function

- Support of R&D, Engineering, Sales and Projects with possible solutions and market overview

- Negotiating projects, frame contracts, terms and conditions

- Vendor Assessment /qualifying suitable vendors and monitor quality stability

- Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, capabilities, reliability, etc.

- Managing and motivating team of 6-8 in SCM function
