Job Description - SCM Head (Pune)

Role Overview:

- We are seeking a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Head to lead raw material procurement, vendor development, in-house production, and logistics from procurement to distributor/SS level.

- The core focus will be on building a robust logistics network to support the QCom business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production, and distribution.

- Develop and optimize logistics strategies to support quick commerce (QCom) growth.

- Drive vendor development and raw material procurement for seamless supply chain flow.

- Manage in-house production planning to align with demand forecasts.

- Strengthen the D2C supply chain, ensuring timely order fulfillment.

- Implement cost-effective and scalable logistics solutions for rapid business expansion.

Requirements:

- MBBK (3-4 years) + 2-3 years of experience in D2C or similar domain.

- Proven expertise in supply chain strategy, logistics, and procurement.

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in high-speed supply chain models (e.g., QCom, E-commerce).
