Head - Supply Chain Management

Position: Head of Supply Chain

Location: Jaipur

Experience: 6+ years

Reporting To: Founders

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Supply Chain Management

- Design, implement, and lead the full supply chain function across first-mile (vendor & raw material management), mid-mile (inventory & warehouse ops), and last-mile distribution

- Build robust SOPs for inventory movement, order fulfillment, and reverse logistics in alignment with Q-commerce SLAs

Demand Planning & Forecasting

- Own demand forecasting and planning by integrating sales trends, seasonal factors, and product launch cycles

- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce wastage

Warehousing & Fulfillment

- Manage internal and 3PL warehouse networks across geographies

- Drive WMS/ERP implementation to improve fulfillment accuracy, speed, and visibility

Logistics & Distribution

- Oversee last-mile delivery and reverse logistics through strategic 3PL partnerships

- Negotiate and onboard logistics partners that align with service, cost, and sustainability objectives

Process Improvement & Analytics

- Use data and dashboards to monitor key supply chain KPIs (OTIF, fill rate, inventory turnover, wastage, shrinkage, etc.)

- Lead initiatives for automation, cost reduction, and scalability through tech-driven interventions

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with founders, product, growth, and customer service to deliver seamless customer experience

- Enable faster NPD rollouts and ensure operational readiness for new SKUs and launches

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 6-10 years of experience in supply chain/logistics roles, preferably in FMCG, food processing, or D2C startups

- Proven expertise across demand planning, warehouse management, inventory control, and last-mile operations

- Hands-on experience working with 3PL partners and tech-driven supply chains (WMS, ERP, analytics dashboards)

- Strong data orientation and analytical decision-making skills
