Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SCM Head to lead our Supply Chain Management function, with a strong focus on strategic procurement. The ideal candidate must come from the consumer durables industry (specifically small appliances) and should be currently managing a high-volume, multi-SKU environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end strategic procurement operations with a volume exceeding - 1000 Cr.

- Oversee procurement planning, vendor development, contract negotiations, and cost optimization.

- Manage supply chain operations including logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.

- Handle a wide portfolio of multiple SKUs, ensuring smooth coordination between procurement and production teams.

- Build and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Manufacturing, and Sales to align supply chain objectives.

- Drive digital transformation and efficiency improvements in SCM using ERP systems.

Key Requirements:

- 10-15 years of overall experience in SCM, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.

- Industry experience in consumer durables (small appliances) is mandatory.

- Proven track record in handling procurement volumes of - 1000 Cr+.

- Strong experience with logistics, warehousing, and vendor management.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
