Role & Responsibilities:

- We seek a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Team Wellness Services.

- This role will drive the growth and success of our wellness portfolio by spearheading partnerships, collaborating closely with the product team, and aligning business strategies with our overarching goals.

- The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of building and managing successful healthcare partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Partnership Strategy: Devise a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand our wellness services portfolio, including, but not limited to, diagnostic (radiology, pathology), doctor consultations (OPD & Tele), mental health, health check-ups, etc.

- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem, including medical providers, diagnostic labs, technology partners, and other relevant organisations, to drive the growth of our wellness services.

- Collaborate with Tech & Product Team: Work closely with the product development team to understand customer needs (both external & internal), market trends, and technological advancements and translate insights into actionable strategies to enhance our wellness product offerings.

- Drive Business Development Initiatives: This role will assist the business development efforts to explore new market opportunities, help the business team drive revenue growth, and expand our presence in the healthcare sector through innovative solutions and strategic initiatives.

- Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee the operational aspects of the wellness services portfolio, including service delivery, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction, to ensure seamless and efficient operations.

- Monitor Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance and effectiveness of our wellness services.

- Use data-driven insights to optimise processes and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience (8 years) in a senior leadership role within the healthcare industry, focusing on wellness services, business development, and strategic partnerships.

- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.

- Analytical mindset with data analysis and interpretation proficiency to inform decision-making processes
