Head - Service Delivery - IT

This is a senior leadership role where youll be owning the ITSM business unit, responsible for delivery excellence, client satisfaction, financial success, and growth strategy. Youll essentially run the ITSM unit as a business managing delivery, driving innovation, and working closely with sales and operations to grow the practice

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the P&L and overall performance of the ITSM unit.

- Define and execute business strategy and growth plans.

- Ensure high-quality delivery of ITSM projects and services.

- Lead, mentor, and scale senior and delivery teams.

- Build strong client relationships and engage with CXOs.

- Drive innovation, automation, and process improvements.

- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales to win new business opportunities.

Mandatory Skills / Experience:

- 15+ years in IT with strong ITSM expertise (ServiceNow, BMC, Cherwell, or Ivanti).

- Proven leadership in managing business units or large teams.

- Strong stakeholder management and CXO engagement skills.

- Track record of driving revenue growth and successful ITSM delivery.
