Head of Salesforce Consulting Financial Services & Banking (US Market)

Target Market: US | Vertical: Banking & Financial Services
We're on the hunt for a seasoned, ambitious sales leader to build and drive a Financial Services Salesforce consulting practice in the US market. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and has a proven track record in business development within the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) space.
What Youll Do:
Strategize & Lead
- Define and drive the growth roadmap for our BFSI Salesforce consulting vertical.
- Identify key target segments and carve out our niche with compelling service offerings.
- Collaborate on GTM strategies, marketing campaigns, and client-focused messaging.
Business Development
- Generate, nurture, and convert leads from your BFSI network into long-term client relationships.
- Achieve individual revenue targets ($1M annually) with a focus on high-value deals ($50K+).
- Act as a thought leader, representing our BFSI practice at key forums and with industry partners.
Build for the Future
- Lay the foundation for scaling the team as the practice grows.
- Partner with internal delivery and pre-sales teams to craft winning proposals and solutions.
- Contribute to strategic partnerships and alliances in the Salesforce and BFSI ecosystems.
What Were Looking For:
Experience
- 1215 years of overall experience with 10+ years in B2B sales in Financial Services/Banking.
- Strong background in Salesforce solutions (esp. Financial Services Cloud, nCino, or Vlocity).
- Prior success in opening and closing new BFSI logos in the US market.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and build business units or practices from scratch.
Skills
- Deep understanding of BFSI challenges, trends, and buyer personas.
- High EQ with exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a go-getter attitude.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Prior experience in launching or scaling verticals or business units.
- Team management experience (or aspirations to grow into a leadership role).
- Industry certifications (Salesforce, CFA, FRM, etc.).
