Head of Sales (India) - Valve / Flow Control Products
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Head of Sales to lead the India sales function for a globally recognized valve manufacturer serving Water, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power, and General Industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the valve industry and proven success in managing direct sales, key accounts, channel partners, and large project-based sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales strategy, revenue growth, and market share across India & South Asia
- Manage key accounts (EPCs, OEMs, end users) and channel partners
- Lead bids for large industrial projects and public tenders
- Expand channel partner ecosystem and optimize regional coverage
- Build, coach, and lead a high-performance sales team
- Provide market insights and report to global leadership
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 15+ years in valves / flow control / industrial equipment sales
- Education: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical/Instrumentation); MBA preferred
- Strong network in infrastructure and process industries
- Track record of leading regional/national sales teams and delivering P&L outcomes
- Excellent leadership, relationship-building, and commercial skills
