Essential Skills and Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in solar sales and field sales.
- Relevant experience in selling products like solar modules, inverters, MMS, etc.
- Possess the ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations.
- Possess advanced interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet directors/promoters/CXOs of EPC companies and gather their upcoming requirements for material and financing.
- Offer Supply Chain Finance solutions and also procurement services for modules, inverter,BOS, etc.
- Acquire clients by penetrating new markets and work with channel partners.
- Meet customers and explain about the services and products of the company.
- Engage closely with internal finance and credit teams to structure a financing solution tailored to the EPC's specific needs.
- Researching potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources.
- Present sales reports to the management team.
- Provide competitive insight and trends in support of sales pursuits.
