The Sales Head is responsible for overseeing the offline sales operations across all retail channels and driving business growth through strategic planning, execution and team management. Key responsibilities are - Retail Operations Management, Sales & Revenue Growth, Customer Experience, Vendor Management, Budgeting, P&L etc
15+ years of experience in offline sales, Proven track record of building strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and wholesalers.
- In-depth knowledge of the electronics industry, offline sales channels, and regional market dynamics.
- Experience with budget management, forecasting, and setting sales targets
Qualification - MBA , experience in Electronics / FMCD industry
