Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales and pre-sales teams, drive revenue growth, and manage client relationships in the Real Estate - B2C segment.


The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Channel Partner/Builder & Developer Sales and be fluent in English & Kannada.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Business Development:


- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.


- Identify, engage, and manage channel partners, builders, and developers for business expansion.


- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the industry.


Team Leadership & Management:


- Lead and mentor the Sales & Pre-Sales teams, ensuring high performance and target achievement.


- Conduct training and skill development sessions for the team.


- Set clear sales targets and drive accountability among team members.


Client Relationship Management:


- Handle client interactions, negotiations.


- Address client queries and ensure a seamless sales experience.


- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, investors, and channel partners.


Lead Generation & Conversion:


- Oversee the lead generation process through digital, offline, and referral channels.


- Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and enhance customer engagement.


Sales Operations & Reporting:


- Monitor sales performance through CRM tools and dashboards.


- Provide regular reports on sales metrics, revenue forecasts, and pipeline status.


- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory aspects of real estate transactions.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


- 10-12 years of experience in real estate sales, particularly in channel sales, builder & developer networks.


- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies in the B2C real estate sector.


- Strong leadership and team management skills.


- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client handling skills.


- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.


- Fluency in English & Kannada is mandatory.


- Strong understanding of the local real estate market, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
