Head - Sales
Position Summary:
- The position will oversee all sales activities within the Delhi NCR region for our real estate projects.
- The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and expand market share in the Delhi NCR region.
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Sales Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide strategic guidance and support to ensure optimum team performance.
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
- Proven track record of 20+ years in progressively senior roles within the real estate industry, with a strong focus on sales management and business development.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and achieving business objectives in competitive environments
