Position Summary:

- The position will oversee all sales activities within the Delhi NCR region for our real estate projects.


- The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and expand market share in the Delhi NCR region.

- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Sales Management:


- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide strategic guidance and support to ensure optimum team performance.


Customer Relations:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and stakeholders in the real estate industry.

- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction, resolving escalated issues promptly and effectively.

Market Analysis and Planning:

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive threats, and market shifts.

- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market demands and customer needs.

Collaboration and Reporting:

- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field;


- MBA or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

- Proven track record of 20+ years in progressively senior roles within the real estate industry, with a strong focus on sales management and business development.

- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and achieving business objectives in competitive environments
