Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the MICE industry.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments and provide tailored MICE solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client issues.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the MICE industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
