About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our luxury real estate division. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of high-end real estate markets, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong network of HNIs and UHNIs. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and elevate the brand's presence in the luxury real estate sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and high-value clientele.
- Drive sales performance through innovative sales techniques and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, and institutional investors.
- Provide tailored property solutions and advisory services to elite clients.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on luxury real estate market trends, pricing, and buyer behavior.
- Conduct competitive analysis to position offerings effectively.
- Leverage market insights to refine sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of luxury real estate sales professionals.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and implement sales training programs.
- Foster a high-performance, client-centric sales culture.
