Job Overview:

- As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the sales strategy that drives growth, builds strong relationships with distributors, leads impactful product demonstrations, and creates an outstanding sales team.


- Your leadership will be instrumental in establishing our brand as a market leader while achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Targets:

- Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to capture market share and outperform competitors.

- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.

- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to ensure continuous growth.

Distributor Network Management:

- Build and maintain a robust distributor network across key markets.

- Cultivate strong and long-lasting relationships with distributors, ensuring mutual growth and success.

- Collaborate with distributors to expand market reach and maximize sales potential.

Demo-Based Sales & Events:

- Lead and organize impactful product demonstrations that highlight the value of our offerings.

- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and sales events, engaging potential clients and expanding brand presence.

- Coordinate city-wide demo marathons to showcase products and drive client engagement.

Team Development:

- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performance sales team.

- Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.

- Design and implement incentive plans that motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

Sales Operations & CRM:

- Oversee the management and optimization of CRM systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance data.

- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish reporting mechanisms to evaluate sales success.

- Develop scalable sales processes that ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Strategic & Process Orientation:

- Balance long-term strategic planning with short-term sales objectives to ensure sustained growth.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales (experience in the HoReCa sector is highly desirable).

- A technical degree or MBA is preferred; an understanding of industry concepts like thermodynamics and gross margin is a plus.

- Strong experience in building and managing distributor networks.

- Expertise in demo-based selling, with a history of successfully closing high-value deals.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales operations (technical expertise is a plus).

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage, persuade, and close deals effectively.

- Leadership abilities to coach, inspire, and develop a sales team.
