Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and expand international sales across Europe, North America, APAC, and other key markets
- Handle strategic domestic accounts where relevant
- Build and manage long-term relationships with global OEMs, Tier 1 customers, and large industrial clients
- Coordinate internally across production, dispatch, and quality teams for on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Oversee export operations, including documentation, delivery planning, and regulatory compliance
- Represent company at global trade shows and exhibitions
- Track market trends, conduct competitor benchmarking, and gather customer intelligence
- Own and drive achievement of sales targets, profitability goals, and order book growth
Requirements:
- 8+ years of B2B industrial sales experience
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in international/export sales
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and global logistics
- Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and communication abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally and represent the company globally
- Strong experience in exports (customer management, exhibitions, branding).
- Very good English communication skills.
- Experience in sales + marketing strategy.
- Good negotiation skills.
