Your Role: Sales Head - India B2B Wholesale (Confidential).
This is a senior leadership opportunity to lead and build our India B2B diamond jewelry wholesale vertical.
You'll bring together strategy, leadership, and execution across teams and markets, while also actively influencing the product roadmap based on real-time market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and scale a nationwide B2B sales strategy focused on corporate and organized sector clients.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a results-oriented sales team aligned to performance-driven goals.
- Design and implement compensation and incentive structures.
- Drive revenue and profitability while ensuring operational scalability.
- Guide product direction from a business perspective: identify what kind of diamond jewelry products are needed now and in the future to spearhead growth.
- Collaborate with design and product development teams to ensure execution of market-relevant collections.
- Utilize deep client insight and trends to influence both strategy and product.
- Maintain and grow relationships with large corporate and institutional buyers.
- Lead high-level negotiations and enterprise-level partnerships.
- Monitor KPIs, sales forecasts, and competitive intelligence to remain ahead of the curve.

What We're Looking For:
- 10-12+ years of B2B sales experience in the diamond jewelry industry.
- Proven relationships and working experience with corporate and mid-corporate clients.
- Experience building teams, creating scalable sales systems, and driving P&L.
- Strong understanding of market-product alignment and ability to steer product development strategically.
- Solid grasp of the organized jewelry procurement ecosystem in India.
- Visionary thinking coupled with a hands-on leadership style.
