Position: Head of Sales - India & Middle East
Location: Mumbai, India
Reporting To: Regional Vice President (APAC)

Role Overview:
The company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to head its business operations across India and the Middle East. This leadership position will play a critical role in expanding market presence, managing direct and partner-led sales motions, and ensuring revenue acceleration in both geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the sales strategy for network security policy management, firewall automation, and application connectivity solutions across India and the Middle East.
- Drive revenue from products related to firewall rule orchestration, security policy analysis, and hybrid cloud network visibility.
- Work with large enterprises, BFSI, telcos, and government organizations to address challenges in segmentation, zero trust architecture, audit readiness, and compliance.
- Manage a combination of direct enterprise sales and partner-led go-to-market (MSSPs, SIs, and resellers) across key Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and Network/Security Architects within target accounts.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasting using Salesforce and align cross-functionally with pre-sales, marketing, and support teams.
- Develop strategic partnerships to grow footprint in high-growth sectors like cloud transformation, firewall consolidation, and data center migration.
- Represent the company at key industry forums and regional cybersecurity events.
Candidate Profile
Location: Preferably based in Mumbai
Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years in enterprise software or cybersecurity sales.
- At least 5 years in a regional leadership role managing direct and partner sales teams.
- Proven experience selling network security, firewall automation, or policy management solutions is highly preferred.
Knowledge & Network:
- Strong understanding of the India and ME enterprise landscape.
- Well-connected with major channel partners, MSSPs, and resellers.
Skills:
Ability to travel across India and the Middle East (up to 50%).
