Key Responsibilities
- Head the Business Travel division and responsible for controlling the business P/L & Balance Sheet as well as credit (credit risk assessment & ongoing financial evaluation of corporate clientele.
- Upselling & Cross Selling for Revenue Growth Revenue.
- Ensure excellent relationship with clients, suppliers and robust contracts are in place to operate effectively.
- Assist with the creation of commercial strategy and Product & Services mix.
- Optimization of Resources by Productivity Management, Setting right KRA's and KPI's.
- Providing necessary coaching and mentoring the team aligning the Business Goals.
- Involved in Sales pitch, Implementations and Service deliveries for all clients.
- Helping clients to formulate a travel policy by studying their travel pattern alone with Operations and Implementation team.
- Working on Automation of Travel Policy on Self Booking tool for various corporate with the Tech Team.
- Responsible for implementation of client retention strategies and ensure the smooth execution of the same.
- Ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization.
