Head of Sales B2B Jewellery.


Location: Mumbai.


About the Role:


- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead the B2B sales operations for our diamond jewellery division.


- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in jewellery sales, a strong network within the industry, and the ability to develop and execute high-impact sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to drive growth in domestic and international markets.


- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.


- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.


- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.


- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.


- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.


Requirements:


- Bachelor's /master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


- Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B jewellery sales, with a proven track record of success.


- Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.


- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
