Experience :

- 20+ years experience in Sales & Marketing with at least 6- 8 years in Real Estate.

- Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places from Real Estate Sector.

Job Profile :

- Develop and implement Sales, Marketing & CRM strategies to drive revenue growth across all real estate projects at Pan India.

- Build and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and institutional clients.

- Develop and execute marketing plans (online & offline) to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

- Oversee branding, advertising, project launches, and customer communication.

- Drive ATL/BTL campaigns, digital marketing, events, and PR activities.

- Oversee market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.

Candidate Profile :

- 20+ years experience in Sales & Marketing from Real Estate/Construction. Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.

- Having strong exposure in Sales from Township, Large Residential & Commercial Projects from Real Estate, companies at National / Zonal and Global responsibilities, with professional companies and competitive environment.
