- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales & Marketing Operations to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of sales and marketing processes.
- This role will be responsible for aligning sales and marketing functions, driving operational excellence, and enabling revenue growth through data-driven strategies, process improvements, and team leadership.
- Design and execute integrated sales and marketing operations strategies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between sales and marketing to improve lead generation, conversion, and retention.
- Standardize and optimize workflows, lead management, and reporting across teams.
- Build dashboards, track KPIs, and provide insights to improve pipeline health, campaign ROI, and sales productivity.
- Oversee CRM, marketing automation tools, and sales enablement platforms to ensure efficiency and adoption.
- Lead and mentor the operations team, driving accountability and high performance.
- Partner with finance to deliver accurate forecasts, revenue projections, and marketing spend optimization.
- Work closely with product, finance, and customer success teams to ensure consistent GTM execution.
- Monitor competitor strategies, market shifts, and customer insights to guide GTM adjustments.
