Job Title: Head of Sales and Marketing B2B


Location: Mumbai


Experience: 15+ Years


Compensation: Up to 30 LPA (Total CTC)


QUALIFICATION: B.TECH (FULL TIME NO DIPLOMA )+ MBA


Industry: B2B (Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related sectors)


Company Turnover: 1000+ Cr


Company Overview:


We are a well-established B2B enterprise with a turnover exceeding 1000 Crores, serving clients across India and international markets. To support our next phase of growth, we are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Head of Sales and Marketing to lead business development, client relationships, and market positioning efforts.

Key Responsibilities:


Sales (B2B):


- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain large/key B2B clients across sectors.

- Identify high-potential segments, lead generation channels, and new business opportunities.

- Lead a pan-India sales team, with a focus on enterprise and institutional clients.

- Negotiate large contracts and build long-term strategic partnerships.


- Own sales targets and performance KPIs (volume, revenue, margins, collection cycles).

Marketing (B2B Focus):

- Oversee branding, digital strategy, industrial marketing, product positioning, and content.

- Design and execute marketing campaigns tailored for enterprise customers, industry events, and trade shows.

- Conduct detailed competitor and market analysis to support positioning and GTM strategies.

- Collaborate with product and technical teams to develop client-focused value propositions.

Leadership & Strategy:

- Report to the CEO/Managing Director and contribute to the companys strategic roadmap.

- Manage and mentor sales and marketing teams; build succession pipelines.

- Develop annual business plans, forecasts, and budgets aligned with company objectives.

- Ensure CRM and marketing automation tools are effectively used for performance tracking.
