Head of Sales & Marketing
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and tech-savvy Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our organizations revenue growth and brand expansion.
This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can seamlessly integrate traditional marketing strategies with modern digital tools and data-driven sales tactics.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and technological tools that support high-performance marketing and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Define KPIs and OKRs to track sales growth, customer engagement, and marketing ROI.
- Lead brand positioning, pricing strategies, go-to-market plans, and competitive analysis.
Sales Management
- Drive B2B/B2C revenue growth across key verticals and channels.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team; define sales territories and incentive programs.
- Establish sales forecasting, pipeline management, and client relationship frameworks using CRM platforms.
Marketing Management
- Oversee both offline and digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, influencer engagement, email campaigns, and PR.
- Lead integrated campaign planning and execution in alignment with product lifecycle and market trends.
- Optimize customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across touchpoints using marketing automation tools.
Data & Performance Analytics
- Use analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance, sales funnel metrics, customer insights, and market intelligence.
- Leverage CRM and BI platforms to identify sales opportunities, trends, and reporting accuracy.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Leadership
- Work closely with Product, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations to drive holistic business growth.
- Lead strategic partnerships, distribution channels, and client onboarding experiences.
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBA or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of building brands, driving revenue growth, and scaling teams.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and customer experience design.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
