What You'll Do:
- Lead the development and execution of National sales strategy, aligning it with company goals and operational plans.
- Oversee and support a talented sales team, technical sales, setting clear expectations, mentoring growth, and fostering a results-driven culture.
- Strengthen relationships with distributors by understanding their needs and designing programs that drive mutual success.
- Drive revenue growth through both expanding existing markets and identifying new business opportunities.
- Implement robust forecasting and reporting tools to ensure leadership has full visibility into market trends and sales performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align product launches, customer campaigns, and brand messaging.
- Work closely with the Managing Director to drive improvements and ensure process alignment across regions
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 18+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the building material/ construction material industry.
- Deep understanding of distribution channels, and sales cycles
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically, as needed.
