Head of Sales & Business Development

- Will lead the organization's sales and growth strategies across all market segments

- Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, corporate, and institutional investors to enhance business opportunities.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and business development strategy aligned with company objectives.

- Lead and manage the sales team across multiple market segments, providing mentorship, performance monitoring, and goal setting.

- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, retention strategies, and cross-selling/up-selling of financial products.

- Expand market share by identifying new sales opportunities, partnerships, and business channels
