Head Sales & Business Development - Global (Organic)
1. This role demands a visionary leader who can balance profitability and sustainability, build a high-performance culture, and champion innovation in product development, brand strategy, and operational excellence.
2. The candidate will work closely with the Chairman & Director to expand into new geographies, product categories, and consumer markets, while upholding the company's commitment to sustainability and farmer empowerment.
3. Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and operational scale, ensuring alignment with market and consumer trends.
4. Identify and execute new farming areas and product lines within India and abroad.
5. Define and execute marketing and sales strategies to expand reach for organic rice and diversified product portfolios.
6. Lead business planning and budget development to meet revenue and margin targets.
7. Strengthen relationships with export partners and institutional buyers.
8. Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and capital allocation, ensuring financial health and profitability.
9. Oversee CSR initiatives, ensuring the company remains a leader in sustainable sourcing, farmer empowerment, and environmental stewardship.
10. Revenue Growth: Achieve double-digit annual revenue growth while expanding global markets.
11. Operational Scale: Strengthen farmer partnerships by 25% within three years, improving supply chain reliability.
12. Innovation Impact: Launch 3-5 new product lines annually to capture evolving consumer trends.
13. Brand Leadership: Enhance export market share and brand visibility in at least 10 new international markets within 3 years.
Education and Experience:
1. MBA or Master's degree in Business, Agri-Business, or related discipline (preferred).
2. 15-25 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years as Head in agribusiness, FMCG, food exports, or related sectors.
3. Proven track record of P&L leadership for - 500+ Cr businesses.
4. Demonstrated expertise in export markets, supply chain, and sustainable operations.
5. International exposure and experience working with global certification standards strongly preferred.
