Our client is a high-growth SaaS company building category-defining enterprise solutions for large and mid-market customers. Backed by marquee investors, the company is expanding its enterprise footprint across key verticals. This is a leadership role offering significant ownership, strategic impact, and scale.
Role:
As the Head of Enterprise Business, you will be responsible for leading and scaling the enterprise sales function, driving revenue growth, building strong CXO relationships, and owning the go-to-market strategy across regions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to drive value for customers and accelerate adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own and drive end-to-end enterprise revenue and growth strategy
2. Lead and expand the enterprise sales team across regions
3. Build strong relationships with key enterprise accounts and CXOs
4. Develop and execute scalable sales playbooks and GTM plans
5. Partner with product and marketing to influence roadmap and positioning
6. Track pipeline, forecast accurately, and ensure quarterly revenue targets are met
7. Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Candidate Profile:
1. 10-18 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in enterprise SaaS
2. Proven experience in selling complex solutions to mid- large enterprises and managing high ticket deals.
3. Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams
4. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the CXO level
5. Prior experience in a scaling SaaS/startup environment is preferred
6. MBA from a tier1 institute is a plus - IIM/FMS/MDI/ISB
