Position: Head R&D.

Exp: 15+ yrs.

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth research on best practices and emerging technologies in operational efficiency and productivity enhancement.

- Develop innovative solutions to optimize production workflows and reduce operational costs.

- Introduce and test new methodologies and technologies for process improvement.

- Explore and implement automation solutions to streamline operations and reduce manual interventions.

- Design and test productivity enhancement models to achieve business goals.

- Ensure that all process innovations comply with environmental, safety, and statutory regulations.

- Propose sustainability-driven operational efficiency improvements.

- Work closely with production, IT, and finance teams to implement R&D-driven recommendations.

- Engage with external technology providers and research institutions to leverage industry advancements.

- Utilize data analytics to track performance, identify trends, and guide strategic decisions.

- Develop predictive models to forecast production efficiency improvements.

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and other industry methodologies.

- Ensure the adoption of best practices across all manufacturing units.

- Experience: 15 + Years of experience To lead research and development initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, driving process innovation, automation, and digitization.

- Qualifications: Master's/Bachelor's of Engineering.
