The HOD role of the R&D Department is responsible for leading and managing all research and development activities within the organization.
- Responsible for leading and managing all NPD design and development activities as per an annual business plan.
- It involves setting strategic direction, managing resources, fostering design innovation.
- Managing the end-to-end process, ensuring the successful execution and launching of planned R&D projects.
- Product improvements of existing products.
- New vendor development for new Raw materials, processes and technology.
- Technology road mapping.
- R&D projects reporting.
- Team development, knowledge transfer and training.
