Head - Production - CNC Machining Operations

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Production Head to lead our CNC machining operations. The ideal candidate will have experience handling large-scale precision machining with a strong focus on quality, machine efficiency, and line balancing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end production operations for 150+ CNC/VMC machines

- Ensure production targets, throughput, and machine utilization are consistently met

- Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and line balancing practices

- Drive real-time visibility and operational control using IoT and Industry 4.0 tools

- Manage tooling, jigs, and fixtures to ensure optimal uptime and minimal tool wear

- Maintain shop floor discipline, manpower planning, and shift management

- Coordinate closely with quality, maintenance, and planning teams for smooth flow

Requirements:

- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering

- 8+ years of experience in high-volume precision machining environments

- Strong understanding of CNC, VMC, tool management, and TPM

- Exposure to IoT-based monitoring, OEE tracking, and shop floor digitization
