Head - Product - Wealth Management

This role is for a very large NBFC Wealth management listed Entity

1. Lead end-to-end product management for all wealth and lending products, ensuring competitive positioning in the market.

2. Develop and implement product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and client needs

3. Innovate and introduce new product offerings in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

4. Work with stakeholder for driving the wealth products.

5. Building strong distribution line with Broking, Wealth and Digital platform.

6. Tieup with manufacturers, AMC, Insurance and lending firms.

7. Ensure regulatory requirement

8. Work closely with department for smooth function of product and platform.

Qualifications and experience:

1. 15 plus year of experience Wealth Management, Broking with expertise in Product Management.

2. Excellent knowledge in Products, Structured Solutions and Lending.

3. Good understanding of regulatory framework ( SEBI, IRDAI and RBI)

4. MBA, CA/ CFA preferred

5. Experience in Wealth industry product role is Mandatory
