Job Description: Head of Product

Position Overview

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and consumer-focused Head of Product to own the end-to-end product lifecycle of our Home Appliances , with a strong emphasis on product marketing, branding, positioning, and pricing strategy. This leader will ensure our products stand out in the market by combining timeless craftsmanship with modern consumer appeal.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Market Positioning


- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for cast iron cookware.

- Build strong brand positioning that differentiates the product line in mass-market categories.

- Identify consumer trends, cooking habits, and lifestyle insights to guide product decisions.

Pricing & Portfolio Management

- Develop pricing strategies that balance brand positioning, consumer affordability, and profitability.

- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to optimize pricing tiers.

- Manage product portfolio, ensuring a balanced mix of hero SKUs, seasonal launches, and line extensions.

- Define strategies for premium vs. entry-level cookware ranges.

Go-to-Market Execution

- Drive launch strategies across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.

- Collaborate with sales teams on channel-specific product assortments.

- Measure launch success through KPIs such as sales lift, consumer adoption, and brand engagement.

Lifecycle & Consumer Insights

- Continuously monitor product performance using sales data, reviews, and consumer feedback.

- Recommend line refreshes, limited editions, and collaborations to maintain excitement and relevance.

- Manage sunsetting strategies for underperforming SKUs while maximizing profitability.

Qualifications


- 14-18 years of experience in product management, brand management, or product marketing in consumer goods (cookware, kitchenware, lifestyle, or home).

- Proven success in positioning and marketing physical consumer products from development to launch.

- Strong expertise in brand building, product storytelling, and consumer insights.

- Experience with pricing strategy and portfolio management in competitive retail/e-commerce environments.

- Cross-functional leadership with marketing, sales, supply chain, and design.

- Passion for cooking, food culture, and consumer lifestyle products for the new product line we are coming up with
