Summary:

- Seeking an experienced product management leader to drive strategic initiatives, develop product roadmaps, and ensure seamless execution.

- The ideal candidate has 10-12 years in senior product management roles, preferably in the financial industry, with a strong background in technology, data-driven decision-making, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap.

- Collaborate across engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-impact products.

- Manage the product backlog and ensure timely, high-quality releases.

- Analyze customer and market needs to drive product enhancements.

- Foster innovation and continuous improvement in product development.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 10-12 years of product management experience in large platform companies.

- Strong expertise in product lifecycle management and Agile practices.

- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, BPMN, UML, and CI/CD processes.

- Hands-on experience with full-stack development, OOP (Java/C#/Go/Python), RPA, and cloud platforms (GCP/Azure/AWS preferred).

- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
