About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Procurement with 10-15 years of progressive experience in procurement leadership to lead and optimize our sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management for a premier spa and clinic. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality acquisition of products and services essential to our wellness operations. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence in procurement, directly impacting our client experience and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Procurement Strategies:
Design and execute sourcing plans for spa and clinic supplies, equipment, and services, aligning with business goals and industry best practices.
Supplier Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure quality, reliability, and value.
Cost Optimization:
Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, and proactively manage supply chain risks.
Inventory and Demand Planning:

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Market Analysis:

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10-15 years of proven experience in procurement leadership, preferably in the wellness, healthcare, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a track record of cost optimization.
- Deep understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team development abilities.
