Role : Head - Presales & Solutions (InsuranceTech) ( Vice President / AVP Level)

Location: Mumbai / Pune

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced InsuranceTech leader to head & drive presales and solutioning efforts. The ideal candidate has deep domain knowledge in insurance, a strong background in product-led sales, and extensive experience with global insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead global presales strategy for the Organisations suite of insurance technology platforms.

- Design tailored solution architectures aligning with client needs across life, health, and general insurance.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop compelling product demos and POCs.

- Respond to complex RFPs/RFIs, providing insurance-specific transformation roadmaps.

- Build go-to-market frameworks and value-driven messaging for global insurance markets.

- Engage directly with CXOs of multinational insurers and reinsurers.

Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills:

- PG / B.Tech / BE with 12+ years in insurance technology, with 5+ in a presales/solutions leadership role.

- Global exposure-delivered or consulted in APAC, EMEA, or North America insurance markets.

- Strong grasp of digital transformation in insurance: underwriting, claims, policy admin, and customer engagement.

- Product mindset with proven experience in shaping or launching insurance platforms.

Excellent communication, consulting, and storytelling skills.
