- Industry expertise in solutioning business processes within Life Sciences or related verticals (Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, etc.)
- Prior experience in working with or handling Life Sciences-related processes is an added advantage
- Hands-on experience delivering mid-to-scale end-to-end solutions.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships, engage in CXO-level dialogues, and deliver value-led Life Sciences projects. Thrive in fast-paced, high-energy, project-oriented environments, and drive outcomes in matrix organizations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing high-performance teams and delivering large-scale transformation projects.
- Action and results-oriented, self-driven, high energy, analytical, structured, quality-focused, and adaptable. Willingness to travel as needed.
- Solutions Design lead role for shaping winning proposal for large scale RFP/RFI and sole sourced engagements. Managing the proposal development and RFP response management Creating value propositions in deal, leading client orals, workshops and other key sales effectiveness activities from origination to win stage .
- Thought leadership in building strong winning proposals, leading discussions with clients on their outsourcing agendas
